5.30 p.m. (Singapore time) on 2 July 2025 has fallen below 10%. Please refer to the Company’s announcement dated 12 June
2025 on the loss of free float.

 

Additional Text

As the offer has closed at 5.30pm (Singapore time) on 2 July 2025, trading of the shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on 3 July 2025 pursuant to Rule 1303(1) of the Listing Manual.
